Alaina Burran, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant with more than 15 years of dermatology experience. With a passion for overall skin health in patients of all ages, Alaina has a strong focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer. Also, as a mother of two children, she has a special interest in compassionate care for her pediatric and teenage patient population.

A lifelong learner, Alaina strives to maintain the most up-to-date knowledge for managing all conditions of the hair, skin, and nails. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and obtained her fellowship in dermatology as a diplomate with the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA).
Alaina serves on the NCCPA Pilot examination board for the certification process of medical providers and continues to be an active member of multiple organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and the Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants (GDPA).
Alaina is a visible, engaging member of her local community where she practices. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
